This was our cute house just before we moved from it. It took quite a bit of work to get it looking like this. Someday soon our new Ranch House will be just as nice. Kirk has been working hard to get some sidewalks and retaining wall in and a few other fix-ups before winter.
I've been working to get things in order inside as well. The kids say they really like this house, because it's much roomier and the rooms are arranged better so that when we all get together it doesn't seem so much like we are all tumbling over each other.

What a great yard that was! Hopefully the new owners will keep it looking that great. Your new house will be just as wonderful here in a few YEARS! Sigh...I'm sighing for you because I know that it will be a lot of work. Don't forget to ask your son-in-law for help.
